How do I book an appointment at Aevum?
The fastest way is to book online through our scheduling page, which shows live availability. You can also call 713-280-1551 during clinic hours or send a message using the form on this page. New patients start with a consultation rather than a treatment appointment, so we can review your history and goals before anything is prescribed or administered.
Where is the clinic located, and is there parking?
We are at 1224 Houston Avenue, Suite 101, Houston, TX 77007, just south of Houston Heights and a short drive from Downtown, River Oaks, Memorial, Montrose, and the Washington Avenue corridor. On-site parking is available. If you have trouble finding the suite entrance, call us and we will guide you in.
What are your hours, and how quickly will you respond?
The clinic is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Messages sent through this form or by email are answered during clinic hours, usually within one business day. This inbox is not monitored around the clock, so please do not use it for anything urgent.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Aevum is an outpatient clinic and does not provide emergency care. Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, confusion, fainting, stroke symptoms, a severe allergic reaction, or uncontrolled vomiting all need immediate evaluation rather than a message or a booking.
Should I include medical details in this form?
Please keep it general. This website form is not a secure or encrypted channel, so avoid sending diagnoses, medications, lab results, or other sensitive health information through it. Tell us what you are interested in and the best way to reach you, and we will move the clinical conversation somewhere appropriate.
