Mobile wellness care in Houston

You're busy. Your health still matters. Aevum Mobile brings a physician, PA-C or nurse practitioner to your home, office or hotel — anywhere within about 20 miles of our Houston Heights clinic — for IV hydration, wellness check-ups, basic labs, and flu or COVID testing.

In-person only: in-clinic or mobile. We do not offer telehealth.

Who mobile care is for

Mobile visits work well if you're juggling work, family, travel or a packed schedule, and a mid-day trip across Houston simply isn't realistic.

They're also for anyone who wants privacy and convenience without giving up medical oversight. The clinician who comes to you is the same physician, PA-C or nurse practitioner you would see at our Houston Heights clinic.

Where Aevum Mobile travels in Greater Houston

Aevum Mobile visits are dispatched from our clinic at 1224 Houston Avenue, Suite 101 in the Heights, and we travel roughly 20 miles from that address. Communities we regularly serve include Houston Heights, River Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, West University, Montrose, the Museum District, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, EaDo and Downtown Houston.

We come to homes, offices, hotels and private event spaces. Availability outside that radius depends on scheduling and the service you need. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, call 713-280-1551 and we will confirm before you book.

Mobile visits cover IV hydration and nutrient therapy, wellness check-ups, basic lab draws, and flu and COVID-19 testing. Hormone therapy, medical weight optimisation and peptide programmes are managed from the Heights clinic — see below for why.

What travels

What a mobile wellness visit in Houston includes

Aevum Mobile is a clinic visit that happens where you are. A physician, PA-C or nurse practitioner arrives with everything needed for the appointment, reviews your history and current concerns, and delivers care on the spot. Four categories of care travel:

IV hydration and nutrient therapy

Clinician-selected hydration and nutrient infusions, screened before administration rather than picked off a menu. See the full range on our IV hydration therapy page.

Wellness check-ups

An unhurried in-person assessment: history, vitals, current symptoms, medications and where you want to be. The kind of visit that is hard to schedule and easy to postpone.

Basic lab draws

Routine blood work drawn at your home or office rather than at a lab counter. Results are reviewed by your clinician and used to guide what comes next.

Flu and COVID-19 testing

Point-of-care testing when you are unwell and would rather not sit in a waiting room. Testing is diagnostic; treatment depends on your clinician's assessment.

The process

How a mobile visit works

Booking a mobile visit is straightforward. Here is the whole sequence, from the first call through to follow-up.

01

Book or call

Book online, or call 713-280-1551 if you want to confirm coverage or the right service first.

02

We confirm the details

We verify your address is inside the service radius, confirm timing, and check whether anything about your history needs review before the visit.

03

Your clinician arrives

A physician, PA-C or nurse practitioner comes to you with the necessary supplies, screens you, and provides care. Most visits are comfortably under an hour.

04

Follow-up

Labs are reviewed and discussed with you. Follow-up happens in person, either mobile or at the Heights clinic. We do not provide telehealth.

Before we arrive

What to have ready

Very little, and none of it is complicated. Having these on hand keeps the visit calm and unhurried.

  • A comfortable seated space where you can sit for the length of the visit, ideally with an armrest.
  • A current list of medications and supplements you take, including doses.
  • Any recent lab work or records you would like your clinician to see.
  • Photo identification, and parking guidance or gate and building access instructions if your address needs it.
  • Water and a light snack beforehand if you are having blood drawn or an infusion, unless you have been asked to fast.

Scope

What travels, and what stays in the clinic

We would rather be clear about this up front than have you discover it at the booking screen.

Available as a mobile visit

IV hydration and nutrient therapy, wellness check-ups, basic lab draws, and flu and COVID-19 testing — at your home, office, hotel or private event space.

That split is deliberate. Those programs depend on a full initial evaluation, structured lab interpretation and scheduled follow-up over months — the lab-guided approach that makes them work. We are not willing to run them at a lower standard because it would be more convenient. If you are already established on a plan with us, ask your clinician whether any ongoing component is appropriate to deliver mobile.

Candidacy

When mobile is right — and when the clinic is the better setting

Mobile visits suit people whose schedule, privacy needs or recovery make a clinic trip impractical, and who need a service on the list above. That covers a great many people. It does not cover everyone.

Some situations are better served in the clinic: a first evaluation where a fuller work-up is likely, anything needing in-office diagnostics, and any history where your clinician judges a treatment safer delivered in a clinical setting. Certain cardiac, kidney and liver conditions, some medications, and pregnancy may make particular therapies inappropriate or require an in-clinic setting.

Every mobile visit begins with the same screening a clinic visit would. If a therapy is not appropriate for you, or not appropriate to deliver outside a clinical setting, your clinician will tell you and offer the alternative. Saying no when the evidence points that way is part of the care, not a shortfall in it.

And to state the obvious: Aevum Mobile is not an emergency service. If you are having chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Individual suitability is determined by your clinician based on your evaluation. Treatment is provided only when medically appropriate, and results vary between patients.

The difference

How Aevum Mobile differs from a mobile IV drip service in Houston

Houston has no shortage of vans that will bring you a bag of fluid. The distinction is what sits behind the visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which services are available as a mobile visit?

Four: IV hydration and nutrient therapy, wellness check-ups, basic lab draws, and flu and COVID-19 testing. Hormone therapy, medical weight loss and peptide programs are managed from our Houston Heights clinic, because they depend on a full evaluation and structured follow-up.

Do you offer same-day mobile visits?

Same-day availability depends on our schedule that day and where you are. Concierge members receive priority scheduling. Call 713-280-1551 and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Is there telehealth for follow-ups?

No. All Aevum care is in person, either mobile or at the Heights clinic. We think it produces better medicine, and we would rather be clear about it than surprise you after you book.

How far do you travel from the clinic?

Roughly 20 miles from 1224 Houston Avenue in the Heights. That covers Houston Heights, River Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, West University, Montrose, the Museum District, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, EaDo and Downtown, among others. Outside that radius, call and we will tell you what is possible rather than guess.

Do you come to offices and hotels?

Yes. We visit homes, offices, hotels and private event spaces inside the service area. Let us know about parking, gate codes or building access when you book so the visit starts on time.

Who actually comes to my home?

A physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner from our clinical team. Not a technician, and not a contractor you have never met. You can read their training and credentials on our About page.

How long does a mobile visit take?

Most visits run comfortably under an hour, depending on the service. An infusion takes longer than a rapid test. We will give you a realistic window when you book, and we do not rush the clinical part to hit it.

Is IV therapy safe outside a clinic?

When it is appropriate for you, and delivered by a qualified clinician who has screened you first, yes. Every mobile visit begins with the same screening a clinic visit would. If your clinician judges that a therapy is safer delivered in the clinic, they will tell you and offer that instead.

Do I need an evaluation before my first mobile visit?

It depends on the service. Some visits can be booked directly after screening; others need a fuller evaluation first, which we will usually suggest doing at the Heights clinic. Call 713-280-1551 if you are unsure which applies to you.

What do I need to have ready?

A comfortable place to sit, a current list of your medications and supplements, any recent lab work you want reviewed, photo ID, and access instructions for your building if needed. Nothing else.

Can I get hormone therapy or weight loss care at home?

Those programs are managed from our Heights clinic. They depend on a full initial evaluation, careful lab interpretation and structured follow-up over months, and we are not willing to run them at a lower standard for the sake of convenience. If you are already established on a plan, ask your clinician whether any ongoing component can be delivered mobile.

What does a mobile visit cost, and do you take insurance?

Pricing depends on the service, and we quote it before you confirm. Members receive member pricing on mobile services. For a quote for your address and the service you need, call 713-280-1551 or email care@aevumrestorative.com.
